Two reasons\u201a disfunctional or can&#8217;t be bothered parents\u201a secondly\u201a the schools not applying basics. As I have stated here before we have to get back to the basics in school. Domestic science\u201a woodwork &#038; metal work along with building &#038; plumbing skills\u201a all of which should be tought. We cannot keep pretending that everyone is an acedemic\u201a society doesn&#8217;t work like that. If we carry on like this all the kids in the next 25 years will be even fatter living off more take aways. I would advocate strongly that we look at reverting back to the 50&#8217;s style of cooking starting within the home and schools.
