If they removed HIP&#8217;S and say 500\u201a000 came on to the market of which 30% sell thus raising more Stamp Duty\u201a surely this is the way forward. Come on Government now is the time to upset a few in the HIP industry\u201a however\u201a this will appease the majority and then get confidence higher\u201a and start moving industry with the bounce of related house products\u201a ie: carpets etc: being bought from home owners.
