I suppose it is all about being English. Winter you know\u201a chance that it will snow\u201a but oh no\u201a we are not prepared for it. Off we go again each year same old mess. Lack of salt\u201a no mallices this year as sugar costs too much so the salt won&#8217;t stick to the roads that they can afford to put down.
