I am afraid once again to state\u201a that 50% of parents I see in this country\u201a should not be conceiving a child\u201a most of them are kids anyway\u201a with no prospects\u201a but do it for money to get benefits. Easy solution to this\u201a any caught through this period of unrest\u201a if they are on benefits strip them immediately of benefits.
