I have just about had enough of these feckless type of families who seem to be able to hold their heads up and rejoice that their daughter aged 12 has given birth from a partner aged 13\u201a making him the youngest dad in the England. Lets get real here\u201a this is not a rejoicing act\u201a it is a sign of how low we have sunk as a nation. In the older days and that is not much longer than 60 years ago\u201a this couple would have been shipped off or at least she would have been\u201a by the disgraced and shamed parents to some distant land.
