As you will know per previous comments we accept that the climate changes‚ remember your geography lessons hence the ice age. However‚ let’s not panic‚ due to the jetstream and a series of mild days with excessive rain‚ we have seen a lot of flooding‚ some repeating in places hit before‚ Hebden Bridge being one. Action has to be taken to protect people and properties‚ in other words money sent abroad and squandered‚ should be reserved for the UK. Flood defences can be done‚ but apathy must not prevail. It will happen again. History is well documented of previous severe weather causing floods before‚ we just didn’t have the media ramming it down our throats all the time.
