What we are witnessing is a build up of years of under classes‚ realising that they have no future in a structered country‚ that has no comes back‚ on the criminal activity of the mindless cretins. For example if you have no money and nothing to lose joining in the gangs looting and setting fire to property‚ you know that the force of retaliation through the courts is going to be minimal. Prisons full‚ soft sentances with a criminal conviction‚ so what to these types‚ they haven’t got a prayor of a job anyway‚ so commit crime.
