At last just may be‚ we can all breathe a sigh of relief. Whilst I was out in Spain on Monday morning‚ I switched on the BBC 6.30am Spanish time to be greeted with the good news. Now one or two things puzzle me. If the Pakistan Government were so adamant that they did not know the where abouts of Osama Bin Laden‚ wasn’t it a little convenient for him to be holed up next to an army barracks. Secondly‚ they say they were working in tandem with the Americans over intelligence. So why did the American Government seem fit to not tell Pakistan they were coming in under cover to kill him or snatch him dead or alive. Could it be that they do not trust a word of any one official in Pakistan about security. My guess is that the basic truth is you can’t trust a muslims word. This is not being racist but I have had contact dealing with muslims for 37 years. And I know that they all have let’s say a degree of untruth in what they say or do. Any tradesman will tell you they won’t work for a muslim Pakistani because they don’t want to pay‚ or they try and get you down on price after you have agreed the rate for ther job after you have completed the work.
