I’ve talked about teachers swinging the lead before on here ( look it up). The minute we get some snow what happens teachers have to close the school. Blamed on health and safety‚ no the real reason is they get paid by the local council whether they go to teach or not. Well here is an answer which would apply in my world. When you take a teaching job it becomes COMPULSORY for the teachers to live within 2 miles of the school‚ and that is in their contract‚ along with the condition that if they do not turn in for weather related problems‚ then they don’t get paid. Do you agree?
