Why is it when snow falls on the roads of the UK or is forecast to‚ everybody has to set off home early‚ thus causing more traffic jams than would be‚ if they went at their normal times. I suppose it is all about being English. Winter you know‚ chance that it will snow‚ but oh no‚ we are not prepared for it. Off we go again each year same old mess. Lack of salt‚ no mallices this year as sugar costs too much so the salt won’t stick to the roads that they can afford to put down. You couldn’t make it up.
