Sorry to say she is not cutting the mustard. Too bland without any in depth knowledge of dancing. The balance of the panel is wrong without Arlene. Us oldies know you can’t beat experience‚ one swallow doesn’t make a summer BBC bosses. Bring Arlene back next series‚ who ever leaves.
