Call my cynical‚ but hasn’t this come at a convenient time for our great leader Mr Brown. Gets him off the front page re: the economy. No doubt this will fade away in 2 months like foot & mouth did. However‚ can we get real here‚ media reporting BBC 29th April‚ 5 people have gone down with the virus‚ pandemic chance of 1000’s of deaths‚ then in the middle of this‚ but they are all responding to treatment well. Come on lets get real here the chances of masses of people dying are greatly exaggerated. Sure in the intial stages some have in Mexico‚ but they were the unfortunate ones‚ before the virus was detected and vaccine was available. Can we just not start the usual panic stations in the UK with unbalanced reporting.
