Do you remember the days when you were young and your mum would prepare a meat & potatoe pie for all the family to sit round the table. Well it’s not rocket science you can still do it young mums if you frame yourselves. Get to your local English butcher and ask for some good old shin beef‚ a simple menu obtained from the internet and get cracking. Surprise the family and get the kids involved‚ let them learn how to peel a potatoe. Were trying to bring the family values back here and this is a no brainer when the kids eat it. My favourite chef is James Martin‚ honest cooking‚ the kids will love him because he is into fast cars‚ planes‚ motor bikes and all round good old fashion getting out there‚ and making it happen.
