At last common sense prevails for the victims of burglary who attack the robber to defend their property. This unfortunate victim‚ who let’s be honest most of us would have done the same with a cricket bat‚ once the addrenalin is pumping. Three cheers for the legal sytsem at last‚ and here is my vote to the Tories who if believed will make it not a crime to defend your property even if violence is carried out against the robber.
