What a horrible little chappy and even more horrible is this new partner of his‚ bi-sexual I believe. Throw the book at them for fiddling their speeding tickets‚ if it was me I would get done. I am glad he has resigned but for gods sake don’t let him back in to the government. We need to be setting examples that to do wrong at the top derserves a severe punishment.
