I have only one message for meat lovers. Go to your LOCAL BUTCHER‚ he knows where he sources his product from. My local butcher use to work for the abbortoir he now obtains his meat from. We know it is beef‚ lamb or any other product. I cook spag’ bog & chile con carne from his mince‚ and my partner cooks lasagne from his beef. We enjoy it because it is fresh‚ it tastes nicer and we know it is the real deal. Get off your fat backsides you YOUNG HOUSEWIVES‚ AND GET COOKING. Don’t say you are too busy for cooking‚ make time and live healthier.
