Once again the so called professionals missed the evidence or failed to carry out basic checks on this kiddy which forms the basis of surely a social workers training. Quite frankly‚ the social services‚ doctors and police in this case disgust me. You call yourselves professionals with your dumbed down degrees‚ I could do better than you lot and I am not trained in this field. However‚ I would use common sense‚ get it spot the signs. Thank god for the police woman who did investigate and got this drunken mother to open the door.
