As a paid up Yorkshire man born in St Lukes‚ Bradford‚ and having lived on this planet (sorry Yorkshire) for 57 years‚ it was of no surprise to see the support of our great people of the county. The reason you see is this. We recognize hard work‚ the correct ethics of discipline‚effort and the right attitude to succeed. We have had to play the poor mans version to London press in housing and wealth for years. However‚ what we have is something that you cannot buy or alter with corruption‚ child scandal or cover ups‚ it is simply this‚ our county is stunning with the best people in the world‚ and the greatest scenery. Admiration for hard work and getting the job done is how we live here‚ and any one having grand designs of invading our great county YES you southern softies‚ back off‚ we don’t want you. You can come for a short trip and spend your money‚ but don’t try buying up all our best houses and pontificating about how great it is in Yorkshire‚ we know‚ and have done for years. Southerners and foreigners know your place.
