Both with 6 figure lump sum payouts‚ and a cracking pension‚ boosted by the service promoting them before retirement‚ to maximize the final salary‚ to boost their annual pension. It is a dream of young boys to become a fireman‚ and the starting salary is good‚ at a young age of joining. With all the benefits of becoming a part-time decorator‚ gardener‚ window cleaner and come what may‚ taking work from s/e tradesman at a cheaper rate‚ because they can afford to‚ with the salary they get from US the TAXPAYER. Teachers you know what you are getting into. Good working hours‚ lots of holidays and a good pension. But even more‚ unless you are a cretin and useless at your job‚ a safe haven for 30 years totally employed‚ of which nearly one third of it is spent on holiday or not at the place of your employment. Fancy the private sector to see the real world that most of us work in? Fat chance of that‚ one week of this and they would be pleading for their jobs back. You then wouldn’t have to shave‚ or wear a tie and suit like the rest of us. Just huddle together in the staff room with your lefty views and moan about how rough your lot is‚ with your lank hear and ill fitting clothes. GET REAL TEACHERS WE PAY FOR YOUR PENSION AND PERKS.
