In the run up to Christmas please try and spend some of your money in the your local shops on the high street. These people work damn hard‚ making sacrifices along the way. They are played off against the Internet and larger stores The personal service and pleasure in shopping in a smaller outlet is far more rewarding than lining the pockets of the multi- nationals who may have sourced cheap clothes etc made in factory sweat shops.
